Bank Draft ( Cashier's Check) :
Bank Draft is also known as teller's check, cashier check, or bank check. The check is issued by the bank for the amount paid to the bank by the purchaser. Bank Draft is recognized as "guranteed funds". If the amounts are under $5000, the bank can not hold the deposit, except under certain circumstances. Bank Draft is ususally considered as cash since it is certified by the bank. When the payment have to be credited immediately for real estate exchange, receipt of business, or tax payment, bank draft is usually used.
